Resources FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we get the most about traveling full-time with a big dog.

How do you keep a Great Dane comfortable in an RV?

A dedicated bed spot, good airflow, and predictable routines. We also plan driving days around cooler hours and frequent stretch breaks.

What’s the #1 thing to check before booking a campground?

Pet rules (breed/size limits, leash rules) and the real layout—shade, walking areas, and how close you’ll be to neighbors.

Do you carry a dog first-aid kit?

Yes—plus a printed copy of vaccination records and a list of emergency vets along our route.

How do you handle hot weather stops?

We prioritize shade, early morning walks, and hydration. If it’s truly unsafe, we adjust the route or stay put.

Can I suggest a resource to add?

Absolutely—send it through the contact form and tell us why it helped you.

Are these affiliate links?

Some may be in the future. If we ever use affiliate links, we’ll clearly label them on the page and in posts.
